END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE POLAR CHEFS LTD DISCORD COMMUNITY.
BY JOINING THE POLAR CHEFS LTD DISCORD COMMUNITY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT JOIN THE POLAR CHEFS LTD DISCORD COMMUNITY.
1. LICENSE GRANT
1.1 Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Polar Chefs LTD ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to join and participate in the Polar Chefs LTD Discord community ("Community") for personal or non-commercial purposes.
1.2 Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: (a) disrupt, interfere with, or misuse the Community or any of its features; (b) engage in any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities within the Community; (c) harass, threaten, or intimidate other members of the Community; (d) distribute or post any inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content within the Community; or (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1 Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that all content, materials, and intellectual property within the Community, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audiovisual content, are and shall remain the sole property of Polar Chefs LTD or its licensors. This EULA does not convey any ownership rights or interests in the Community or its contents.
2.2 Use of Content
By participating in the Community, you grant Polar Chefs LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you submit or share within the Community, for any purpose related to the operation, promotion, or improvement of the Community.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term
This EULA shall commence upon your acceptance and shall remain in effect until terminated as set forth herein.
3.2 Termination
Polar Chefs LTD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Community if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Additionally, Polar Chefs LTD may terminate or discontinue the Community at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you shall no longer have access to the Community or its contents.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
4.1 No Warranty
THE COMMUNITY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. Polar Chefs LTD expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
